For chiropractors who recommend care plans

Patient loyalty and review management, built for your practice.

Two things, running under your clinic's name. Patients earn points for showing up and track their own balance on their phone. After a visit, the happy ones are pointed at your Google page and the unhappy ones reach you first.

Why a points program at all

Once the pain stops, so does the reason to come in.

Patients feel better before the plan is finished, and the one thing that brought them through your door disappears. Nothing in the building is scheduled to speak to them in that stretch. A balance they can see is something to put in its place.

Visit 6-8

Where most patients start feeling better, well before the plan is actually finished.

40-60%

Typical retention against a recommended plan. Most of the drop-off happens before the halfway point.

$0

Additional acquisition cost on those visits. The exam was done and the plan was recommended already.

The effects behind this are established in consumer behaviour research. The size of each one in your practice is something you measure, not something we will promise you.

How the points work

Three steps. Two of them run themselves.

The only habit the program depends on is handing a new patient their link at checkout.

01

They get their link

Handed over at checkout on day one. The patient taps it, sees their Stars, and they are in. No app to download, no password to remember.

02

They earn Stars for showing up

For the actions you choose: logging a visit, confirming an appointment, hitting a milestone in their plan. They check their own balance whenever they want.

03

They redeem at your front desk

An ice pack, a t-shirt, a session. Small things, handed over in person. That moment at the desk is the part patients talk about.

Retention

A balance the patient can actually see

Invisible progress does not motivate anybody. A balance a patient never sees is a spreadsheet. So the whole program is built around one page they can open on their phone and check for themselves.

You set what earns points and what they buy. We build the page, brand it to your practice, and keep it running.

  • Points for the actions you decide are worth rewarding
  • A page where patients track their own progress
  • Balances and reward confirmations sent automatically
  • Locked tiers, so they can see what's coming next
  • Your clinic name, your colours, your name for the points

Reputation

Happy patients go to Google. Unhappy ones come to you.

After a visit, every patient gets one question. Their answer decides where they go next, and that single fork is the whole system.

The patient who had a poor visit almost never tells you. They say nothing at the desk and write it publicly later. This is how you hear it first, while you can still do something about it.

  • Excellent goes straight to your Google review page
  • Good or Poor goes to a private form only you see
  • Public reviews and private feedback in one place
  • Requests send themselves, with nothing for your CA to remember

Try it on the right, the way a patient would see it.

After a visit
How was your experience today?
Build it, or have it built

Both roads work. One of them takes your evenings.

None of this is complicated. It is just a list of jobs, and every one of them lands on somebody. The only question is whether that somebody is you.

Put it together yourself
Your project, on top of a full clinic day
  • Find and pay for a platform that holds a balance per patient and sends messages
  • Design, host and maintain a page patients can open on their phone
  • Work out your earn rules, your tiers and what you are willing to hand over
  • Set up review requests separately and point them at your Google page
  • Keep all of it running, in the hours after clinic
ChiroStars
$99 a month, live before you touch it
  • The loyalty program live and branded to your practice
  • The patient page built, hosted and maintained
  • Your earn rules and reward menu built with you on a call
  • Review requests running, pointed at your Google page
  • You hand out a link and hand over a reward
What you get

Two things, and everything that makes them work.

The loyalty program
★

Your program, live and branded

Your clinic name, your colours, and the name you give your points.

The patient rewards page

Where patients check their own balance and redeem, without calling your office.

★

Stars and confirmations, automatic

Balances tracked and reward confirmations sent in the background.

★

Your reward menu

Set the tiers and items you actually want to hand over. Locked tiers show patients what's next.

Review management
★

The after-visit review request

★

One place to read it all

Public reviews and private patient feedback together, so nothing sits unanswered.

Included with it
✦

Your setup call

We build your earn rules and reward menu with you, so you are not starting from a blank page.

✦

Front Desk Launch Kit

A counter card, a one-sentence answer to "what's this Stars thing?", and a launch-week checklist.

◆ One thing we're upfront about

Referral rewards are not switched on by default. Rewarding patients for referrals is regulated differently from state to state, so we only add it once you've confirmed it with a healthcare attorney in your state. The same goes for rewarding reviews.

The version that carries the least regulatory exposure rewards attendance and self-care, and nothing else. It is also the version that does the most for plan completion, which is the whole reason to run a points program in the first place.

Fit

Before you buy, the honest edges.

Everything this does and doesn't do, in one place, so nothing lands as a surprise in month two.

Strong fit
You'll get value from day one
  • You recommend care plans and a meaningful share goes uncompleted
  • You want more Google reviews without adding work for the front desk
  • You'd rather have these two running than spend your evenings building them
  • Cash, insurance, PI or a mix, solo or multi-doc, it makes no difference
Not a fit
We'd rather say so now than take your money
  • You want one system that also does scheduling, reminders, win-back campaigns or new patient marketing. This does two things and nothing else, and it touches nothing clinical
  • Your patients aren't starting care in the first place, which is case acceptance and worth fixing first
  • You just opened and don't yet have a patient base
  • Nobody at the desk will hand out the link, because that's the one habit the program depends on
Why this exists

I did the exact thing this program is built to stop.

Dr. Dillon Hammes, DC
Dr. Dillon Hammes, DC · Founder, Total Health Chiropractic

At sixteen, I hurt my shoulder playing football and had chronic headaches for years alongside it. A chiropractor helped. After a handful of adjustments, my shoulder improved and the headaches disappeared.

So I stopped going. The pain was gone, so in my head, there was nothing left to fix.

It took a real back injury years later to bring me back to a chiropractor's office, and that visit is what put me on the path to Palmer College of Chiropractic. I didn't build ChiroStars from a spreadsheet. I built it from being the patient who quit the moment I felt better.

Age 16

Shoulder injury and chronic headaches. A chiropractor helps. Pain resolves.

2007

A back injury brings me back. I start to understand what I'd walked away from the first time.

Questions

What chiropractors ask before they start.

What do you need from us to get started?

Four things: your clinic name and colours, the rewards you're willing to hand over, the link to your Google review page, and a name for your points if you don't want to call them Stars. We build the rest on the setup call.

What does my front desk actually have to do?

Hand new patients their link at checkout, and hand over a reward when someone redeems. Everything else sends itself. The counter card answers "what's this Stars thing?" so nobody explains it twice.

What stops patients claiming visits they didn't attend?

Two things, together. The rewards are deliberately small, so there's nothing worth inventing a visit for. And redemption happens face to face at your desk, so a claim that doesn't match the chart is visible at the moment it matters. We deliberately didn't build an auditing layer, because policing it would cost your team more than the rewards are worth.

What do the rewards cost us?

Whatever you decide to put on the menu, and nothing more. Most practices start with what they already keep in the building, an ice pack or a branded shirt, and add one larger item at the top tier. You set every value and can change them later.

Is a rewards program allowed in healthcare?

Rewarding attendance and self-care with modest, non-cash items sits very differently from paying for referrals or for favourable reviews, which is why neither of those is switched on by default.

You get a plain-English summary and a pre-launch checklist to take to a healthcare attorney in your state. That conversation is short and inexpensive. Nothing here is legal advice.

Can we use our own points name and branding?

Yes, and most practices do. Your clinic name, your two colours, your own word for the points, and the line under the greeting. Patients never see ours.

What if it isn't right for us?

No contract, so you stop at the end of any month and your patient data stays yours. Being straight with you: what decides whether this works isn't the software, it's whether new patients get handed the link on day one. If that habit sticks, everything else follows.

Your patients stop coming for the same reason every time.

They feel better, and nothing is waiting for them after that. You can have something there instead, running under your name, by the end of the month.
